About Us
Conceived as a small group of software developers working out of a rented apartment in 1995, NovaSphere emerged when co-founders Evelyn Park and Reggie Holt saw the potential in creating customizable enterprise software solutions for midsize businesses. By leveraging the rapid growth of the internet and forging early partnerships with several regional telecommunications providers, NovaSphere quickly rose to prominence as an innovative force in the Midwest technology market. Their launch of “Nova Connect” in 2001—a suite of web-based communication tools—redefined how teams collaborated across distances, attracting national attention. After a key merger with Highton Systems in 2007, NovaSphere expanded its offerings to include cloud-based computing services, data security protocols, and business intelligence analytics. Today, NovaSphere boasts a global footprint and continues to be a frontrunner in integrated digital solutions for companies of all sizes.
